trying to find this manga

What is this from?
My initial assumption was that it was AI generated but it has too many details and brush work that makes me suspect it is a legit drawing. I think it's probably part of an artist CG from DLsite or something but I have no clue. Google, yandex, saucenao, and exhentai turned up nothing.

I post regularly on Pixiv, and have a Fanbox there for subscribers to get hi-res versions of my work. I don't mind people sharing/posting the low-res versions wherever, but ask you not do so with my hi-res art. That actually makes me money (not a lot, but it helps!). It's only about $10 a month for my Fanbox and I post old stuff from my archives every week, and new stuff multiple times a week. I know some people don't like the pixelation/censorship of stuff there, and I DM or email uncensored versions to subscribers on request. I also take commissions there via the 'Request' system.

My art's grown a TON recently. Feedback always welcome! And yes, that avatar pic in this post is me.

There was an especially brutal scene in the new Higurashi, as I remember in ep13, even for the show it was on next level. Satoko ritually guts Riko in her sleep, and continues till she is emptied and torn in half.
So, the originally uncensored version is gone from every source I know, now they have it with black ellipse censorship... Any hope for the original material? Thanks.:S

Unfortunately, VIOLETSANG's a god damn monster who tends to scatter his works all over Pixiv without giving us any clues.

However, most the newer works are still nowhere to be found, and at this point I'm starting to think we need to resort to pestering/bribing this guy to release these works.

Most of you likely have at least heard of the Saw franchise. A "torture porn" series which revolves around a serial killer that constructs death traps for his/her victims to survive from. Some of them are ironic and reflect upon the victim's reason for being "tested" and others just cause pain.

I'm interested to hear your designs for traps. Feel free to go sexual, or if you're the severely masochistic type, design a trap you might/would like to find yourself in.

I am recreating this discussion, because I need more opinions.

I made a discussion post about utilization of post tags before the wipe. To recall the outcome, we decided on encouraging, but never forcing their usage. I also suggested making a list of major tags, and putting them with their explanations on the upcoming FAQ. You would be able to tag posts as you wish too, including tags for content creators, characters, or really niche interests, as well to blacklist controversial content, such as scat or lolicon.

In addition to that, I suggested creating a separate GuroWiki. There, any guro interest including niche ones could have it's own article. It would include much more besides just a guide for tagging. There would also be topics like Gurochan's history and prehistory, characters like Bikko or Jissouseki, guides on finding guro material, erotic or noneronic guro games or similar game mods... Think it like a centralized extensive wiki for everything in guro culture, as it's already hard to find related information on the non-Japanese web.

So far, it has been a controversial idea, because a Wiki for a 'slow site like Gurochan' (note that kokonotsuba is released, we will now start working on increasing the userbase) which is open for anyone to edit would get vandalized or abandoned, or because 'guro doesn't have enough actual cultural value that would be worth putting on a wiki'. That's why I am here, asking for your opinions, as well if you would contribute to a such wiki.

I've seen a lot of guro fetishes on this site, and i've noticed that some of them has more pictures than the other. I am focusing on the lesser-known/rarer ones?
