Off With Her Head
(or Eat Me – Dinner in Wonderland)
By
Edward Hyde
“Curiouser and curiouser!” Melanie chuckled as her four cast members trooped out to the minibus and it was indeed an apt statement, as the four girls, ranging in age from ten to fourteen, looked very much as if they had just climbed out of an animated movie. Either that, or a fever-dream brought on by mouldy cheese! They stopped and lined up by the side for a final costume inspection then climbed aboard and got strapped in, making themselves as comfortable as they could in the strange costumes, the two with tails pushing them to their right and left respectively as they sat side by side in the middle of the row of seats with the other two sitting at either end of the row in front.

Before climbing into the front passenger seat, Melanie repeated the key points of her pep-talk about how important this event was, how big and opportunity it was for the company, how grateful she was to all of them for agreeing to be a part of it and how much it mattered that everything went off perfectly as arranged. She wanted to praise her cast members, of course, to make them feel good about themselves and enthusiastic for their upcoming performances, and what would follow, of course, but she also wished to impress upon them the significance of this event for the future of the company. If it went well, then Fantasy Feasts would be transported into a whole new tier of status and profitability. This party had the feeling of an unofficial audition – pass it, and Fantasy Feasts could expect to become the go-to caterers for the wealthy and powerful, fail it and they would forever be stuck hosting low-budget parties in church halls and suburban gardens. Since Melanie had been the one to arrange this booking, the event was truly make or break for her too! If it did indeed prove to be the start of bigger and better things, she had been promised a promotion to head of her own division created specifically to manage these high status events. Complaints or demands for refunds would very likely see her out of a job.

“What kind of a name is Strawberry anyway?” Ten year old Gemma asked, smoothing out the front of her pretty pinafore dress.

“That’s not the worst of it!” Melanie chuckled, strapping herself in and signalling to the driver that they were good to go. The girls in the back all leaned forward curiously. “Her middle name is Cheesecake!”

“Really?” Tania exclaimed. “Like, seriously? They christened her Strawberry Cheesecake?”

An Awfully Big Adventure – A Fantasy Feasts Story
by
Edward Hyde

(Cannibal/Teen M&F/Loli/Public/Consensual)

“Oh the cleverness of me!” Melanie chuckled, quoting the character whose adventures had dominated her life for the past two weeks as the final approval email came through for the story she had worked out for the part in honour of Jake Campbell, son of Martin Campbell MP, high-ranking cabinet member and widely tipped to be Britain’s next Prime Minister. At least this kid had a proper name that wasn’t going to get him bullied, unlike poor Strawberry Cheesecake Miller! Martin had approached her towards the end of the Miller’s Alice in Wonderland-themed party and enquired about the possibility of a Peter Pan theme for his own son’s. Melanie had taken his details and promised to be in touch the following Monday.

Of course, there was no way Melanie could put it from her mind completely while she relaxed on her day off and the very next morning she had started to read J M Barrie’s 1911 novel “Peter and Wendy”, based on his earlier, hugely successful play from 1904 entitled simply “Peter Pan”, occasionally published with the alternate title of “The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up”.

Customised parties, as were her speciality, always began with research. Despite the reasonable success the company had enjoyed before she joined, it had never felt enough for Melanie for a fairytale princess to arrive in her recognisable costume, just different enough from any well-known movie depiction to keep them comfortably within the realms of Public Domain, sing a few songs then get naked and put on to roast. For Melanie, who had been something of a stickler for consistency and sticking to the established rules of a universe within the shows, movies and books she enjoyed, even as a small child, there should always be a reason that the character was cooking, even if it was a silly one. Why on earth, she had wondered when working her first few parties with this company, would Snow White or Cinderella, in pretty, teenage form of course, suddenly announce that it was time for her to be cooked and take her clothes off?

I've played with "Red Riding Hood" a few times, mentioned in other stories. Obviously in a world where little girls are eaten all the time and consider it something to aspire to, getting eaten per se is not a threat so my "updated" version goes thus:

Red Riding Hood is on her way to Grandma's to be chopped up and hung in Grandma's smokehouse to see her through the winter. The selfish wolf gobbles her up whole so the Woodsman cuts her out of the wolf then goes ahead and chops her up as intended. Thus the wolf's crime becomes not the fact that he ate a little girl but that he greedily and selfishly ate a little girl who was supposed to see her Grandma through a whole winter.

With Cinderella, when they see that Cinders and the Prince are truly in love, the sisters and maybe step-mother could offer themselves as their wedding feast to make up for their bad behaviour?
>>
If I understand correctly, 1001 Arabian Nights (AKA Aladin) has beheadings inherent in the story.

i found this site through a video about the infamous limbless anime girl drawing by s. zennith lee. despite being a fan of guro, the thought of even lurking on here scared me, most likely because i was still ashamed of being into this. thankfully, i grew a pair of balls, lol! everyone here seems very kind, so i'm glad i got over my silly fear

I don't remember very clearly. It was when the domain was gurochan.ch and imageboards were more relevant on the internet. I've been a fan of gore/guro since I was a little kid

the site name is GUROchan and it hasn't changed since 2004. The domain though, currently guro.cx, changed like maybe more than 10 times and and will probably change again someday

What's there to say? Discovered that I enjoy beheadings while playing Soul Reaver 2. Made searches that revealed whole communities revolving around this sort of quirk. Eventually found Gurochan too.

My ambition is to keep trying to do interesting stuff that gets beyond the 5-second clip.

Download: https://files.catbox.moe/3lyw1m.mp4

This rough cut (so to speak!) is made from a mix of clips generated using my own ComfyUI set-up, and some Wan 2.6 generation done at joyfun.ai for clips that didn't have anything violent enough to set off the content filters. I wanted to get some audio generated with lip (more or less) syncing that Wan 2.2 can do for me.

There are gaps in the audio to deal with, places where the facial expressions aren't right yet, a whole other tit left to slice off... but, nevertheless, I feel like this is coming together enough that I wanted to share what I have so far.

I'll follow up later with some of the steps I took getting to this point.

I2I might help if you can draw, at least at a basic level (I cannot), so you can put together a sketch and then turn it into a photo - if the sketch is clean enough it works reasonably well, so this you can pose the characters by drawing those poses.

I could just trace over some JustSketchMe poses for that, but then, if I'm trying to match a particular character to that pose, I'm going to have to do some more LoRA character training. I've trained two characters so far, didn't get the level of consistency I'd want, and those LoRAs only work with Wan 2.2.

Qwen is the image editor I've used most, but (at least using Ostris AI Toolkit) there wasn't an specific training option for Qwen. I tried to train for SDXL (upon which Qwen is supposedly based) and it didn't woork.

I think Pony (which comes in several variants) looks promising, but I'm not sure how to train a LoRA for Pony yet.

Training on my own RTX 3090 setup is painfully slow, and running training on Runpod can get expensive if one multi-hour training session doesn't work and you have to try again (and again).

Literature
The dress was too tight under the arms, and the lace scratched. Lina kept tugging at the sleeves, her small fingers catching on the delicate embroidery. At seven, she was the youngest, and everything felt too big—the shoes, the hairpins, the way everyone kept bending down to coo at her like she was a kitten in a bonnet. She stood very still near the buffet table, watching the grown-ups swirl past in a blur of perfume and laughter, their champagne glasses catching the afternoon light.

Mira (10), the middle sister, was already on her third slice of cake, her flower crown tilted dangerously to one side. "You're gonna puke," Lina told her, but Mira just grinned, frosting smeared on her cheek. "Worth it," she said, stealing a strawberry from Lina's plate. At ten, Mira had perfected the art of looking unbothered by anything, even the itchy tulle layers of her bridesmaid dress.

The eldest, Cora—twelve and unbearably superior about it—was inspecting her reflection in a polished serving tray, adjusting her sash for the fifteenth time. "We're supposed to be *helping*," she said, shooting them a look that meant *you're embarrassing me.* Lina didn’t see how standing around counted as helping, but Cora had a way of making even breathing feel like a test she was failing.

Their sister Eliza, the bride, was radiant in her white dress, her laughter ringing across the garden as she leaned into the groom’s side. He was handsome in that unremarkable way grown men sometimes were—tall, clean-shaven, his hand resting possessively on the small of Eliza’s back. Lina didn’t know him well, but he’d given them each a silver charm bracelet the night before, so he couldn’t be all bad.

The music swelled, and Eliza clapped her hands—a sound like a gunshot that made Lina jump. "Bridesmaids!" Eliza sang, her voice honeyed but firm. "Come with us, darlings. Time for the special part." The groom's smile didn't reach his eyes as he took Lina's hand, his grip just shy of too tight. Behind them, Mira licked cake crumbs from her fingers, oblivious, while Cora straightened her sash one last time, preening under the attention.

They were led away from the laughter and clinking glasses, toward the old oak at the garden's edge. Its branches spread wide and low, leaves filtering the sunlight into dappled patterns on the grass. Lina noticed the stools first—three of them, arranged in a neat row. Then the ropes. Her stomach lurched. "Is this a game?" she asked, but Eliza only knelt to unbutton the back of Lina's dress, her fingers brisk and businesslike. The groom worked on Mira's buttons, his hands steady. Cora hesitated, then began undoing her own sash with trembling fingers, like it was a test she’d studied for.

The dresses pooled around their ankles, then the slips, then the underwear. The air was warm against Lina's bare skin, but she shivered anyway. Mira, usually so bold, had gone quiet, her arms crossed over her chest. Only Cora kept her chin up, though her lower lip wobbled. "Up you go," Eliza murmured, guiding Lina onto the nearest stool. The rough wood bit into her soles. The noose was softer than she expected—silk, maybe—but it settled heavy and final around her neck. Behind her, someone tied her wrists together with what felt like a hair ribbon. She could hear Mira sniffling now, a wet, hiccupping sound.

The florist had been up since dawn twisting white roses into garlands, her fingers sticky with sap and thorns. She worked in silence, humming occasionally when a petal drifted onto the lace tablecloth spread across her workbench. The order was unusual—four smaller bouquets, one for each bridesmaid, with stems trimmed short enough for little hands to clutch. "You'd think it was a child's wedding," she muttered to herself, snipping the last stem with a decisive click of her shears.

Down the street, the six-year-old was spinning in circles on the front lawn, her flower crown already slipping over one eye. "I'm *dizzy*," she giggled, collapsing onto the grass. Her older sisters watched from the porch steps—the nine-year-old rolling her eyes, the eleven-year-old hiding a smile behind her book, the fourteen-year-old snapping pictures on her phone. "You'll ruin your dress before we even get there," the eldest chided, though her voice was warm. The little one just stuck out her tongue and kept spinning.

The bride arrived in a cloud of perfume and tulle, her smile sharp as a blade. "There you are," she cooed, sweeping the six-year-old into a hug so tight the child squeaked. "My perfect little doves." The girls lined up by height, squirming as their sister adjusted ribbons and straightened collars. "Stop fidgeting," the bride murmured, catching the eleven-year-old's chin between her fingers. "Today has to be *perfect*." Behind her, the groom leaned against the doorframe, his tie already loosened, watching the scene with quiet amusement.

The church smelled of wax and lilies, sunlight streaming through stained glass onto the polished pews. The six-year-old swung her legs impatiently, kicking the kneeler until the nine-year-old pinched her thigh. "Ow!" she hissed, but the bride shot them a look that silenced both. When the organ began to play, the girls rose in unison, their bouquets trembling slightly. The youngest forgot to walk slowly—she practically skipped down the aisle, beaming at the guests who chuckled behind their programs. The fourteen-year-old followed last, her jaw set, eyes fixed straight ahead.

The reception was held in the garden behind the old stone chapel, where paper lanterns swayed between ancient oaks. A string quartet played something light and forgettable as guests milled about with champagne flutes. The six-year-old had already stained her dress with frosting from the cake table, giggling as the eleven-year-old tried to dab it away with a napkin. "Stop squirming," the older girl hissed, but her hands were gentle.

Across the lawn, the bride sipped her wine, her eyes tracking the four girls with a slow, deliberate focus. The groom leaned close, his breath warm against her ear. "They look lovely," he murmured. She didn't answer, just tightened her grip on the stem of her glass until her knuckles paled.

It was the fourteen-year-old who noticed the ropes first. She froze mid-step, her bouquet slipping slightly in her grasp. The others followed her gaze—four nooses, swaying gently in the afternoon breeze. The chairs beneath them were painted white, the handcuffs glinting on the seats like misplaced party favors. The six-year-old tilted her head. "Are we playing a game?"

The bride clapped her hands twice—a sound like champagne corks popping—and servants emerged with copper basins sloshing with rosewater. "Time to make them presentable," she announced, plucking a sponge from the nearest basin with the relish of a housewife about to scrub her best china. The six-year-old's body swayed gently as the first cascade of water hit her small chest, rivulets tracing down the faint blue veins still visible beneath translucent skin. Someone had thoughtfully tied her hair back with one of the discarded ribbons, and now the wet strands clung to her neck like seaweed.

The nine-year-old's body jerked unnaturally when the cold water hit her thighs, her bladder releasing a final trickle that mixed with the runoff. A maid tutted and lifted the girl's limp arm to scrub the armpit with lemon-scented soap, her fingers pausing to trace the delicate webbing of bruises left by the rope. "Such tender meat," she murmured to no one in particular, before moving on to rinse the girl's feet with the same care one might wash grapes.

By the time they reached the fourteen-year-old, the water in the basins had taken on a pinkish hue. The bride herself took charge of washing her favorite sister, using a silver-handled brush to scrub between the older girl's toes with meticulous attention. "You always hated dirty feet," she chided softly, turning the body to access the small of the back where lividity had begun to set in. The water sluiced away the sweat and urine of the hanging, leaving the skin goose-pimpled and clean.

The rope creaked in protest as the groom sawed through the taut fibers suspending the six-year-old's body. Her small frame slumped forward like a marionette with severed strings, her forehead thudding against the table with a hollow sound that made a nearby server wince. The bride caught the child's hips before she could slide off the edge, her wedding dress absorbing the last droplets of water still clinging to the girl's thighs. "Careful," she chided, arranging the tiny corpse with its arms folded neatly over the chest, as if tucking a doll into bed. "We want them presentable for the carving."

A kitchen boy dragged over the stainless steel bucket with a grating screech that set teeth on edge. The head chef—imported from Paris specifically for this service—tested the edge of his boning knife against his thumb and nodded approvingly at the crimson bead that welled up. He makes the first incision below the six-year-old's ribcage, the skin parting with surprising ease, like the peel of an overripe fruit. Her intestines spilled out in a glistening coil, smelling faintly of bile and the lavender soap they'd used to wash her. The chef flicked his wrist dismissively, sending the organs plopping into the bucket with a wet slap.

The nine-year-old's autopsy proved more dramatic. When the chef's knife slit her abdomen, a geyser of semi-clotted blood erupted, splattering across the groom's starched shirtfront in an abstract pattern. "Marvelous arterial pressure," the chef remarked in thickly accented English, probing the cavity with fingers that emerged slick and ruby-dark. He extracted her organs and tossing it over his shoulder into the bucket.

By the time they reached the eleven-year-old, the bucket was nearly full, a grotesque still-life of childhood anatomy stewing in its own fluids. Her spleen made a peculiar hollow sound when it hit the pile, like a stone dropped into a well. Her other organs follow.
