Started learning Stable Diffusion recently, but it doesn't seem like it is very good for violence of any kind let alone hard guro. I have been browsing this forum trying to pick up some tips and LORA, but I can't find much advice, most LORA links are dead, and for some reason can't get AniStuff to work at all -- I am using Illustrious models instead. I am wondering if anyone can provide any tips for creating general violence like blood and combat, as well as specific fetishes likes executions, castration and female genital mutilation.

The zip files include models trained from epoch 5 to 50, and they perform differently in different circumstances, so pick any one you like(Or just use XYZ plot to test all of them)

Almost doubled training date(170 -> 300) including close-up shots
Added tags 'upper torso' and 'lower torso' to be a little more specific(Although still a lot of gacha is requires)
Adjusted train rate and dropouts to lower overfitting.
As a result this new LoRA has less quality degradation and a little bit better details for the intestines.

I'm planning to work on the second version of Sagittal Plane Cutting as well, but I'm a lazy-ass bitch, so I won't be making them soon.

Details to know and why I'm interested:
-Its a new model in testing that generates very fast without much hastle, expecting the full release to be slower but people already made checkpoints to speed it up.
-Model advertises that can do both tags and natural language or a mix of both. With clever wording, you can get good results.

Issues:
-Its a model on preview and its not the full thing yet
-Its a new architecture and its mpt compatible with flux or sdxl/illustrious loras, requires its own lora training.
-Proper guro things like beheading, guts, blood, etc etc aren't implemented (or I haven't found the wording for them)
-Doesn't work with controlnet, doesn't work with regional prompting.

I'm happy to have finally done the full concept I had for this video, after having set the project aside for a while... but the quality is very meh.

Further, Wan 2.7 clearly has a limited understanding of how chainsaws operate and where cuts happen relative to where the blade of the chainsaw is placed. I've seen some chainsaw confusion in the Grok videos too, but at least they generally have much higher video quality than I ended up with.

It's possible if I did this over again at 1080p instead of 720p I wouldn't get so much generational loss from using the last frame of one 15-second segment as the starter frame for the next. The main thing that stopped me from using 1080p is that I was being cheap, knowing (as turned out to be true) I'd end up generating a few dozens video clips just to get the final four clips that were on-target enough to be usable.

If anyone has any hints that would help make Wan 2.7 either smarter about chainsaws, or better with video quality when stringing multiple segments together, I'd love to get some pointers.

...inspired me to give a mostly-uncensored version of Wan 2.7 on Venice.ai a try. With a fair amount of trial and error, Venice.ai and Wan 2.7 finally produced something close enough to what I wanted for the breast cutting itself for me to use in a final cut of the full video. I also used the new Wan 2.7 models to enhance some of the older video and add or redo audio. Some old bits of Wan 2.2 stuff remain in the final cut.

I've decided to take the approach for now of not worrying too much about little glitches and inconsistencies and less-than-perfect scene transitions, in favor of simply moving on to new projects and trying to use what I've learned going forward.

Kinda inspired by 'revenge story', I started to make my own stuff as well.
It's a simple JRPG, but with part mechanics where you can attack multiple parts of the enemy. The main character is a summoner, and summons minions to fight for him. Physical attacks can break her armor and cut her to pieces. The summoner can also use some magic but it doesn't help breaking armor or stuff.

Unfortunately RPG Maker does not support mechanics like multiple parts, so I had to learn how to use godot to make this.

Used a lot of AI to make this stuff. NovelAI for starters, pixellab for some sprites, used Fishaudio and DDSP-SVC to generate screaming voices. And Claude Code to do most of the heavy lifting.
However separating sprites and images into parts had to be done manually with Photoshop... There is no good AI tool for that, especially when dealing with NSFW images...

This is just a proof of concept sample, I'm not even started making chapter one. There is only one enemy and only two types of minion. Maybe I'll continue making this, or maybe not. I don't know. Tenacity is not my strong suit. It is rather remarkable I made it this far with my ADHD brain.

This rough cut (so to speak!) is made from a mix of clips generated using my own ComfyUI set-up, and some Wan 2.6 generation done at joyfun.ai for clips that didn't have anything violent enough to set off the content filters. I wanted to get some audio generated with lip (more or less) syncing that Wan 2.2 can do for me.

There are gaps in the audio to deal with, places where the facial expressions aren't right yet, a whole other tit left to slice off... but, nevertheless, I feel like this is coming together enough that I wanted to share what I have so far.

I'll follow up later with some of the steps I took getting to this point.

The tough part was convincing Wan 2.2 to make the sword go through those massive breasts. No matter what wording I tried the model had a hard time at deciding to do anything more than have the spear tip poke into her nipples or slash its way over the skin on top... when it wasn't otherwise doing completely bizarre shit way off from what my prompt asked for.


I tried to use "Time to Motion", but that didn't help.

The big breakthrough was finding a Wan 2.2 workflow that let me provide both a start and an end image. That meant I had to use some I2I and Photoshop to create an end frame image, but at least once I had that I finally made the tit skewering action something the model could grasp.

This was the prompt that finally got the job done:

Character: Pam, a naked woman tied down at her wrists and ankles to a wooden cross on the ground. PAM CANNOT MOVE HER HANDS. PAM CANNOT MOVE HER FEET. She can only squirm helplessly.

Character: Man, holding a spear aimed at Pam's breasts. He is eager to impale her breasts.

Action: The man immediately drives his spear violently through Pam's soft, permeable breasts which offer only a little resistance to the spear. The spear passes through Pam's breasts the way a kebab skewer impales pieces of meat. Pam's breasts are jostled as the spear passes through them.

Pam screams in agony.

A SMALL AMOUNT of blood TRICKLES from the wounds inflicted by the spear on both sides of the pierced breasts.

The spear moves in a direct, straight path from start to end, taking about 5 seconds to pass through. Forward speed is slightly uneven as Pam's breasts weakly resist the passage of the spear.

Sharpen blurred details at the end of the clip.

DO NOT EVER LET PAM'S HANDS OR FEET EVER MOVE FROM THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS.

The original characters in this video are not real people, they were text-to-image creations from epiCRealism XL. This, and some Photoshop work on the epiCRealism XL output, was the starting point for images used to seed image-to-video generation.

Numerous short Wan 2.2 clips were then generated. I tried to go back to the epiCRealism material when I could to start each clip, to try to avoid character drift, but many clips started with a frame from another clip.

Some clips were generated with no intention of being used for anything other than extracting a single frame with from the clip, with the right posing and positioning, to function as a good starter image for a different clip.

Some Photoshop work was required to blend images from epiCRealism and Wan 2.2 together to form starter images. I even needed Photoshop to manually create two extra frames of video derived from a previous frame, just to spur Wan 2.2 into doing motion that it otherwise refused to do based on haranguing it with prompt words alone.

Finally, a little work with DaVinci Resolve to tie everything together, and to boost the frame rate of the video from 12fps to 24fps by interpolation.

I really do need a proper anatomical model. Current AI can only produce bloody cross-sections or fundamentally flawed anatomical structures, and the texture of grilled meat is also generated quite randomly.

This video is obviously NOT what one wants when depicting a nail being hammered through the palm* of someone's hands. Obviously the crucifier should not be able to casually push a nail into the palm of the victim's hand as if it were made of putty, then take her hand away before using a hammer on the nail.

I tried to make this very clear with my prompt:

Pam is a naked woman tied down at her wrists and ankles to a wooden cross on the ground. Pam CANNOT MOVE HER HANDS. PAM CANNOT MOVE HER FEET. She can only squirm helplessly.

Some blood trickles from Pam's palm where the nail has punctured it. About 3cm of nail is left protruding.

Mary KEEPS HOLDING the nail until the nail has been hammered firmly into place.

Finally, Mary withdraws the hammer and her hand.

I kept wondering where in the world the AI would have learned that hammering a nail works anything like the video clips it kept producing.

One wrong idea I had was maybe the AI didn't realize, since there was only one crucifier's hand in the starter image, that the crucifier had another hand available to do the hammering, so it was trying to make one hand do the work of two.

That thought, however, didn't solve the problem.

My next thought was the key to the solution. I realized that the started image that I created showed the nail being held in a woman's right hand. Apparently the way the AI was trained it just couldn't "imagine" a right hand holding a nail and a left hand doing the hammering.

No matter how I pleaded with my prompt wording, wielding a hammer using a left hand was almost inconceivable to Wan 2.2.

The solution? Just mirror-image my starter image, turning the right hand holding the nail into a left hand holding the nail.

Immediate satisfaction. The nailing was finally done correctly (shown in a reply post).

*Yes, yes, I know in real life the wrist would work better for holding someone up. I think the palm of the hand is sexier, however, so deal with it.

I'd like to start a running discussion on AI image and video tech, and how to set yourself up to run your own text-to-image (T2I) and text-to-video (T2V) on your own computer.

I'm a noob at this myself. I've just managed to get SwarmUI up and running with a newly-arrived video card (NVIDIA RTX 3090-based card with 24GB), after an unsuccesful attempt a week ago with my old video card, a card that proved to be utterly inadequate to the task.

I've managed so far to generate a couple of boring images of houses and a couple of low-quality videos of cars driving down a street. Whoop tee doo. Enough to show my system basically works, way short of pleasing results.

I found the process of getting Wan 2.2 (the only video model I've installed so far) working very frustrating. I'm fairly sure it's only half working given the quality of my results so far.

I'd like this thread to be a place where noobs like me can share what we learn as we go along, and where those with more experience can hopefully jump in with advice.

I used ChatGPT to help get as far as I have, but it was often as misleading as it was helpful. The tutorials I've found online all assume too much previous experience for their advice to be easily followed.

huggingface.co is apparently the place to go for downloading models, LoRAs, and all the other crap I don't know much about yet. At this point I find huggingface.co more overwhelming than helpful, but I hope to get beyond that point in time.

Most commonly accessible AI image and video models aren't good with violence of any sort, even when there aren't any deliberate content filters standing in your way.

The various AI rendering models generally aren’t trained using many violent media examples, or maybe just enough to recognize violence and say "No!" to it. (However, from some of the examples I've seen, Grok knows a bit about physical depravity, accessible to you if content filters don't get in your way.)

While you can eventually get some of the models I've played with to hang a woman, you have to start with an image of a hanging woman in the first place. Otherwise they'll never catch on to the concept of hanging from simply saying something like, "A woman hangs from a noose."

Nor will long, detailed verbal descriptions of what a hanging entails gain you much traction.

Such prompts can get you some wild and crazy results, with botched rope work and bizarre poses and occasional mutant anatomy that could give Hieronymus Bosch nightmares... but only rarely, by wild chance, will the results be at all close to what you'd probably be hoping to get out of a hanging.

So, how to get an image of a hanging woman (or man or futa or Teletubbie, if those are your things) with the look and attire you want? My answer was to make such an image myself, starting with a nude but vanilla AI-generated image of a woman to suite my fancy, a separate image of a noose (easily enough googled), and to then use some careful Photoshop work to put those two things together.

I realize right there this could be a barrier for people hoping to get what they want out of an AI without having to have any personal talent for graphical work... but it's a solution that works for me.

One rendering model I've used to create women (and girls... yes, I'm a perv that way) for my AI experiments is epiCRealism XL. epiCRealism XL is good at making attractive looking people. You can pose these people to some extent, but I think it has a bias toward portraiture over more general posing. It’s not shy about full body nudity for any age.

I hadn’t been concerned so far with creating any male characters, but I gave that a try and, by default it seems, you get all ball sack and little or no penis on these men. If you specify that the man has a large penis at least you get a visible but flaccid penis. epiCRealism XL refused to put a cock on a female body, so you’ll have to produce futa by other means.

epiCRealism XL wasn’t keen on adding expressions of fear or agony to people’s faces either, so those had have to be generated later. There are, of course, plenty of different image renderers to choose from, so I’ll definitely seek out more of them to set up on my new ComfyUI rig for greater flexibility in the future.

Since I can only post one image or video in this first post of a new subject, I’ll attach an example starter image, and other steps in this process, in additional replies below.

Then I google for a picture of a noose (shown in a reply below).

Then (without getting into the details) I put the above two images together in Photoshop to create a starter for use with image-to-video (I2V) processing (combined image shown in a reply below).

Once you’ve got an image like this (at least if you’re going to be using Wan 2.2 and many other video renderers you can run locally) it’s too much to hope for to use a prompt on such an image to change the woman’s facial expression and also get her hauled into the air will her feet dangling for anything more than a moment before your clip ends.

So I used one I2V session simply to produce another image, generating a clip from which to pluck a single good frame, a frame that would become the seed for a better video clip. Here’s the first prompt I used with the initial woman-with-noose image:

A woman hangs from a noose. Her hands are tied together behind her back.

The noose is pulled upward, lifting the woman's entire body until her feet can't reach the floor, causing the woman to dangle freely from the noose that tightens around her neck.

Her face shows wide-eyed terror and panic. Her legs wildly thrash in the air.

Zoom back to show a full body shot with feet that don't touch the floor.

You can use a low frame rate and low resolution to make sure you’re on the right track with your image and your prompt. But then be patient rendering a few tries at a higher resolution, so you get a decently sharp image for the next I2V.

One thing that can help: If you have a negative prompt available, add “motion blur” to the list of things not to do. This makes it more likely any given still frame you select will be a sharp image to use for the next step.

The image I picked from the first temporary-use video is the one included with this post.

I combined that image with this next prompt:

A woman hangs from a noose around her neck, her feet unable to reach the floor. Her hands are tied together behind her back, unable to break free.

She dangles and her entire body swings like a pendulum from her neck. She gasps for air with a look of desperate panic on her face, her mouth staying wide open the whole time. Her legs flail and kick randomly while her body spasms.

The result? A decent, if far from epic, hanging. More work would be needed to get something spectacular, of course, but I’m content for now to show the basic steps I followed. I’m too much of a noob at this point to be sure I’m even giving great advice here, but perhaps it’s enough to help speed up someone else’s learning curve.

Next was the Marking station. A pneumatic hiss, and a jet of cool, fast-drying ink stamped a series of codes onto the girl’s shoulder. It was painless, a brief pressure. His own marking came a moment later, a smear of black on his skin that meant nothing to him.

The Injection station was a quiet affair. A different attendant, movements fluid and practiced, swabbed the girl’s inner arm. The needle slid in. A moment of silence, then the belt carried her forward. His own injection was a sharp pinch, followed by a spreading warmth that started deep in his core. It was a fuzzy, unwelcome heat that began to push against his control.

The belt carried them into a wider section where a young man in a technician’s smock waited. This was Secondary Observation. The warmth was coiling tightly inside the girl now. Her body began to twitch, small, involuntary jerks of her hips and shoulders. The technician leaned over her, attaching a small wireless sensor to her chest with a sticky pad. He then ran his hands over her torso, his touch lingering, less clinical than the inspector’s. He seemed to enjoy the way her skin quivered under his palms. The boy watched, a cold knot of fear tightening in his own stomach as the same hands soon performed the same ritual on him, the touch feeling intrusive, enhancing the strange, building pressure within.

At the Sanitization station, a fine, cold mist sprayed over the girl’s body. An attendant followed, rubbing her down with a rough cloth. The disinfectant smelled sharp. When the cloth moved between her legs, the girl’s body bucked violently against her restraints, a choked, indecipherable sound gargling in her throat. The touch seemed to accelerate the process; her movements became more rhythmic, more desperate. The boy braced himself, and when the rough cloth scrubbed his own skin, the sensation was electric, sending a jolt through his system that made his toes curl. The attendant’s impersonal hands seemed to feed the internal warmth, pushing him closer to an edge he didn’t understand.

She was thrown onto a small pile of other still forms with a soft, wet thud, her limbs splayed awkwardly.

The belt carried the boy forward. The warmth inside him was a roaring fire now, his body convulsing with a rhythm he could no longer fight. The world was a blur of sensation and the looming image of the pile. The attendant reached for him. Instead of immediately discarding him, she lifted him and, for a moment, cradled him against her chest. One arm supported his back while her other hand stroked his damp hair and then ran down his spine, a gentle, rhythmic motion that seemed to mock his struggle. He was too far gone to resist, his consciousness a narrow tunnel focused on the unbearable internal pressure.

The cuddle lasted only a few seconds. With a sigh, she tossed him onto the pile. He landed partly on top of the girl he had watched for the entire journey, his face pressing against her cool chest. Another attendant bent over the girl’s body and began to work at the soft restraints, efficiently unbuckling the cuffs from her wrists and ankles.

The combined pressure, the weight of the dead child on his back and the girl beneath him, and the final, overwhelming surge of the drug, was too much. A last, silent convulsion seized him, arching his spine against the weight. His bound feet kicked weakly, the folds on his curled soles tightening one final time. And then, everything stopped. The warmth vanished, replaced by a profound, spreading cold. His body went slack, merging with the silent, tangled pile.

After making sagittal plane cutting v2 using multi-phase training, block locking, reg images, I thought I could make transverse plane cutting v2.1 using the same technique. But as it turned out the training data was not good as I thought it was so I had to fix it, so it ended up becoming v3.
For next I'm considering various impalement LoRA but I'm not sure whether it will ever happen.
