Nope, not possible. because AI has no clue what it is doing it does not really understand sentence structure neither it understands anatomy and it can't do any meaningful scene.
what I think may be interesting idea is to train it for the very specific topic like breasts being cooked or breasts getting cut, spitroasting and so on. maybe then it could work somewhat.
Now if you ask to draw "breasts on fire it draws a big breasted girl surrounded by floating bonfires.

AI art can be decent if you use img2img to build something from the ground up, but most of the ai guro I've seen is just dumping txt2img outputs, which no model I've tried can currently create anything that fills this niche as it is too complex. I don't think ai art should be banned completely, especially if guro specific models that are half decent get released. But maybe a specific thread should be for high quality or ai assisted art.

Chimera: Target I Datenshi Kourin

Okay, let's give this another shot. Unfortunately this time I won't be describing it in as much detail.

The trap has 2 victims: a woman who was a freeloader off her family, & a lazy ceo who delegated all his work to others while reaping the rewards of his underpaid workers. I think the backstory behind the "crimes" of the victims is really important, & in a good saw trap, the punishment fits the crime. There are also nice parallels between these two, both being leeches, but one having low social status & the other having high social status.

There are 2 chambers, both soundproof, with a clear acrylic or tempered glass wall between them. In one of them, the woman is naked & suspended. She's wrapped in sharp wire & can’t move. The man is wearing his business suit & has a control panel with 2 buttons: one labeled "save her" & the other labeled "save yourself"

They both get separate spiels from Jigsaw about their respective crimes.

To the woman, he basically says "you've always chosen to put yourself at the mercy of others. this trap should help you appreciate your freedom more, because now your life is at the mercy of a selfish man."

To the man, he basically says "your workers die because they lack money for food, heating, rent, & medicine. they could be making a living wage, but that money is instead going to you, even though you didn't work for it. I want to show you what it's like to actually kill someone to save yourself, since that's basically what you're doing everytime you cash your paycheck."

The man has to choose a button within a minute or they'll both die. Will he choose to sacrifice himself to save her, or will he kill her to save himself?

If he chooses to save her & kill himself, he wins!

A tiny needle comes out of the button & drugs him with a sedative, but before it fully takes effect, he has to watch her die:

The wires around her tighten, ripping her to pieces until she's just a pile of bloody meat chunks. Before she dies, Jigsaw tells her that the man wanted to save her, but he couldn't allow her to actually live after that, because she wouldn't learn her lesson from it.

Then, the man passes out from the drug. He wakes up in rags in a sweatshop that produces his companies own product. He tries to tell people he's actually the ceo, but finds out his vocal chords were cut.

If he chooses to kill her & save himself, he's punished for his selfishness.

The wires around the woman become highly electrified. This doesn't shock her, because the wires are more conductive than flesh & she's not grounded anyway, but the resistive heating does superheat them, leaving her with criss-crossing burn marks all over her body. After a second or two, the wires sag & break, & she falls to the floor.

Jigsaw tells her that the man wanted to kill her, thus proving you can't rely on the kindness of others. Then a door opens up for her & she walks home injured & naked, but alive.

Meanwhile, the man has been paralyzed by a poison needle hidden behind the "save yourself" button. He can't move, but he can still breathe & still feel.

Jigsaw tells him he'll "suffer for his psychopathy in a tomb of his own greed". Then, a machine drops lit tinder atop him, lighting his suit ablaze.

If he doesn't choose in time, she gets ripped to shreds by the wire, while the room he's in slowly raises to oven-like temperatures & he's cooked alive.

I would absolutely contribute. I think that guro has significant artistic value. At the very least, the history behind it is interesting enough to warrant a wiki. I also second most of Robin's suggestions.

Most of that stuff is available as 3d models so the simplest solution is to pose it in the wasy you need and trace the image by hand also making required changes like professional artists do.

Although it is very strange that you have trouble finding images of those things as there are plenty of them online.

AUTHOR’S NOTE

This story was written for the very talented 3DG artist Onix whose work many of you will no doubt be familiar with as a prize for winning my fan-art contest to celebrate the day when, in the alternate timeline of my stories, Sidney Roebuck finally got her wish and was slaughtered for her meat! Since the promised prize story was to be personalised, Onix requested a story about a shy boy who is teased by the meat-girls before picking one for dinner! The story you are about to read grew from that prompt and also attempts to incorporate certain tropes from Onix’s own picture stories. The character of Becky is inspired by a recurring character from his stories who some of you may recognise! I had a lot of fun writing this one and it certainly turned out longer than I had intended! It also involved a couple of fun new characters who will be appearing in their own sequels in due course!

“Hello and welcome to Sidney’s!” the tall lady in the smart suit beamed as Ollie and his family entered the lobby. “I’m Madeline, the manager of this branch, and this is out very own Sidney!”

CHAPTER FOUR

With the performance of Melony’s butchering over and a little time left to explore before the manager came to collect them, the quartet of youngsters began to look around the rest of the kitchen. Tiffany had been given a basic tour earlier in the day, before opening, so that she would know her way around and be able to answer basic questions about the equipment and procedures, she had not really comprehended just how many girls there would be in various stages of preparation on what was after all a relatively quiet early evening.

When she had been shown around, the only meat had been butchered cuts in the refrigerators and walk-in freezer, with the possible exception of the breasts, pretty much impossible to tell apart from any other kind of butchered meat. But now the kitchen was bustling with the white-uniformed chefs and cooks, the kitchen assistants in their black polo shirts and dozens upon dozens of naked little and teen girls being led around or penned in waiting areas.

Although she had memorised a lot of the information and was ready to make a valiant effort at answering any questions that may arise, Tiffany found, as she had expected, that Ollie and his sister were pretty happy just to wander around and look at what was going on – now that the kitchen was up and running, there was really very little that was not self-explanatory. Although enjoying watching the younger children, it was Becky that she was most interested to keep sneaking glances at, wondering if the meat-girl would be getting off seeing other girls prepped and cooked or whether she’d be too distracted by the thought of her own imminent date with the wok to pay much attention. It seemed, however, that the attractive brunette was every bit as fascinated by the goings on in the busy Sidney’s kitchen as the sweet brother and sister who were on the official tour.

The ovens, set a little way up the wall rather than on the floor, seemed especially fascinating to Lucy. She peered in at the roasting girls inside, some of whom were tied on their backs like huge turkeys, others sort of crouched with their chins on folded arms and meaty rumps sticking up while others seemed to have their backs arched backwards with their legs folded beneath them and their arms fixed behind their backs.

“What’s going on with her?” she asked, pointing to an oven in which a girl of about eight, slim and athletic with a completely flat-chest apart from her perky pink nipples, had apparently just been put in to roast. Her buttered skin was barely pink, compared to the golden brown of the girls who were closer to being ready to serve, and her brow beaded with sweat while she breathed heavily, her lungs struggling to find enough oxygen in the hot air of the glowing oven.

“Ah!” grinned Tiffany, happy to be able to share a little of her knowledge, “That’s a roasting frame! It’s good for helping girls to cook evenly, but you have to be pretty flexible!” she added with a giggle. “It’s often used for younger and smaller girls.”

CHAPTER SIX

The room where the staff had their lockers and got changed before and after their shifts if they needed to was actually the same one Tiffany had taken Ollie and Lucy to one their tour where they had met the dance troupe and learned the secrets of the mermaids. Since there was so much nudity to be seen on a daily basis at Sidney’s, the staff tended to become a little desensitised to seeing each other in their underwear and if one of them decided to take a shower and a co-worker should walk in, well that was just part of life in the girl-meat restaurant. It had been decided very early on in the planning process that there was no need for single-sex locker rooms and indeed most employees of either sex showed up ready to work and left in their uniforms, only really using the lockers to stash their coats, phones and other personal belongings.

When Tiffany arrived there, it was empty. The mermaids were already taken to their tank and Maria and her friends were likely back stage in their rehearsal room waiting to go out in front of the diners and give their performance. In Maria’s case it would be, of course, be her last. She gasped when she saw the clothes that had been left for her. It was a very elegant red dress with a pair of thin black tights and shiny black shoes with a two-inch heel! She couldn’t help but wonder about the meat-girl who had arrived such fancy clothes! Perhaps it was her birthday or something? Or the meal was a surprise for her partner as part of a date? Either way, it was clear that the owner of these clothes had no use for them any more and that was good news for Tiffany.

The large, sturdy cardboard box that the hat and boots had been in was still on top of the lockers where she had left it so she took it down and set it on a bench then sat down beside it and pulled off the boots which were a fairly good fit but still pinched. Under these she was wearing white sports socks which felt a great relief to take off. Sighing with contentment, she stretched out her legs and wiggled her toes, wondering for a second if she could get away with wearing her comfy sneakers instead of the dress shoes but deciding quickly that making a good impression and looking her best was worth a couple more hours of not so comfortable feet. After all, she reasoned, she could always kick them off under the table during the meal if she needed to.

Part of her Sidney costume had been an all-over coating of baby oil to give her skin a bit of a shimmer but it did feel a little sticky still, stopping her from feeling entirely comfortable. Plus the dress she had been loaned was so lovely and expensive-looking that she didn’t want to risk ruining it with the oily residue on her skin. After all, it was basically lost property now and the rightful owner was in no position to claim it back so there was a fair chance, she hoped, that she would be allowed to keep it! There was also the question of her hair that had been professionally styled into curls like Sidney’s but this required a lot of hairspray making it feel stiff and unnatural, not to mention how itchy it was starting to make her scalp. All things considered, she decided that a quick shower before getting dressed would be a very good idea!

Like the rest of the changing room, the shower was unisex and communal. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers around the walls made taking in your own bottles unnecessary and some employees liked to take advantage of this perk available to them to save on bills at home, especially the younger waiters, waitresses and kitchen assistants. First of all, Tiffany focussed on washing the mousse and spray out of her hair, feeling it return to its natural fairly straight condition.

It was something of an open secret that Sidney’s famous look had been just as fake on her as it was on Tiffany. In the decades following her death, various personal photographs and video clips had been released through official marketing channels, not to mention leaked by other sources, showing Sidney Roebuck in her every-day life looking almost unrecognisable as the famous mascot that most people thought of when they heard the name. In fact, it seemed she had been quite the tom-boy and was far more at home in blue jeans and hockey jerseys than anything remotely “girly”. This had meant that, despite become arguably the most famous girl in the world, at least for the last eighteen months or so of her life, she had been able to continue enjoying trips to the cinema, mall or theme parks unrecognised.

Suddenly, Maria felt a pop inside her, the feeling of something breaking like an elastic band stretched too far and time resumed its normal progression as the spit suddenly shot forward! It was deep inside her now, making its way through her abdominal cavity and approaching her chest. There could be no turning back now, although she had not entertained the thought of doing so for even a second. She was torn open inside, haemorrhaging internally, the spit doing more and more damage to her insides with every inch that it progressed. Even if they pulled the spit out of her, she was already a dead girl, it was only a matter of time.

The spit was passing her heart and lungs now. This, Maria knew, was the most dangerous part of the process and she was grateful for her strong friends holding her firmly in place, preventing her body’s hard-wired urge to fight for her survival. The spit must pass behind her organs for the live spitting to be successful. If it pierced her heart she would be dead in seconds, and puncturing her lung would cause a slightly slower but far more miserable death and she would not survive long enough to be put over the artificial coals, coughing up blood around her spit the whole time. Closing her eyes to help focus, Maria did her best to regulate her breathing, trying to keep her breaths shallow and even as she felt her heart pounding rapidly against the padded bench.

The spit continued to move up inside her, deeper and deeper, until Maria felt the tip scratching her throat from the inside. She coughed involuntarily, expecting the assistants to keep pushing it all the way out of her mouth, but instead they stopped and began once more, very slowly and carefully with the uneven weight of the spit well supported, to turn her. The four girls holding her down moved with her, not for a moment taking off their hands or reducing the pressure, and she wondered if they were going to turn her all the way around once more so that she would be facing the audience when the spit erupted but instead they stopped when she was turned half way, face towards the cooking area and the empty roasting pit that was waiting for her, and she realised it was so that they could see both ends at once and enjoy the spectacle as a spit pushed from one end emerged from the other. It was almost like an old-fashioned conjuring trick, although there was no illusion involved!

With the spitting bench turned so that the audience could see the full length of her body and the spit on which it was impaled, Maria felt the pressure behind her throat begin to build as the assistants resumed their pushing. She coughed once more and the girls holding down her shoulders applied a little more pressure. The wall of her throat was nowhere near as stretchy as her uterus but thicker and from her pussy, all the way up through her toned young body, she could feel the spit rotated as it was pushed to ease its passage. “She looks so pretty, doesn’t she?” Lucy sighed wistfully watching Maria on her spit while, following their tradition, the rest of the dancers waved and blew kisses towards their roasting friend before turning to the audience and giving another bow before filing off the stage, leaving the diners to resume their meals and the normal operation of the restaurant to continue.
