    I'm a newcomer here and I don't plan on staying long. I know gurochan has been taken down at least twice before, but I don't know why. What i'm wondering is whether there's any and how much inherent risk comes from running a website that allows 2-d guro/loli, specifically in the US. Does the government actually actively survey sites of this nature? Are there ways of mitigating risk besides hosting the site outside of the clearnet? It wouldn't suprise me if running a website like this brings extra attention to the people running it, but if those people haven't done anything illegal, are they still in any danger? Thanks.

    I fail to see how creative/entertainment censorship is connected with identity. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by identity in this context though. Also, Jews are a race. Italian Jews are more closely related to Russian Jews than to Italians. Therefore, I'm almost certain that many Jews have never layed their eyes upon, and most don't own, a Talmud.

    I've spent way too much time lurking stormfront, so I have a feel of the ins and outs of this sort of ideology, and the main two arguments for how this supposed grand Jew plot is sustained over time is either because Jews work for Satan, or they have a genetic predisposition for it. The first explanation has no scientific weight to it and is based on purposely misleading, translated Bible quotes. For instance, in the original language, the word for synagogue and gathering/assembly is the same, but the James translator used one word in positive circumstances, and another for negative ones. Mistranslation is where "Jehovah" comes from. Unless you can read it in the original text, you don't understand scripture.

    The second explanation has no experimental data or genetic analysis backing it up. How behavior that specific would evolve so quickly is also a mystery. I'm all for modern scientific research on the topic of behavior and race. There's evidence to show that the way dna interacts is different depending on race, so even if they very closely match, that's not the entire story. When it comes to expulsions, i'm not convinced that they kicked every single one out.

    I have. I was looking for similar stories. When I was younger I beat and raped my 10y sister and bloodied her face pretty badly, i was in my mid teens or so. Ive been in a few juvenile institutions but am mostly free now. I still think about that day and jerk off to it from time to time, ive thought about taking a gun and raping and killing women on the street but havent just yet.

    GUROchan now has ads to support its continued growth.

    The site has been expanding rapidly, and with that comes increasing storage costs. The /ai/ board in particular is seeing large uploads, which is great to see - but it also means we're slowly getting close to the limits of what we can maintain without additional funding. Expanding storage and improving GUROchan's infrastructure comes with permanent monthly expenses.

    When I took over 5 years ago, it was already stated that ads might be introduced eventually. That point has now been reached in order to keep the site stable and able to grow further.

    We won't take measures against users who choose to use adblockers.

    How ads are implemented may change over time, and they may be removed if they don’t prove worthwhile.

    My big problem with ads is how damned annoying and distracting the animated ones are... which is unfortunately most of them these days.

    P2P can be very enduring, and after seeing more than one forum going away because someone with central control(whether owner or service provider) didn't care, the idea of not having central control is attractive. But I think that's more exposed than a forum since you're connecting to more people.

    Still, some outside the box thinking is needed if we want places for our community that are really built to last. Hyphanet seems interesting, and there's probably a way to conveniently set up a newsgroup just with our emails.

    The old https://www.asstr.org/ seems to be back online for the moment.

    I hardly believe it can remain untouched as soon as it gains some popularity back, given the current climate, but still...

    The scripts for the "Most Recent" and "Spotlights" do not appear to work but everything else is, I was able to log to my old webpage with my old credentials in the Collection section and edit the index and the modified page actually appears...

    Does someone know who manages it?

    Are they doing this "just because" or there's some serious intention of bringing it really back to life?

    I'd love to get in touch and even contribute, financially or otherwise, if the owner is really serious in shouldering the effort.

    ASSTR had been my first home as an extreme story's author and I loved it and I had many fun interactions with many wonderful authors throughout the years, I really hope it can be revived for real somehow.

    I think the mirror is missing a lot of the good stuff, not just new stuff. But I might be wrong.

    What I always love best is humiliation and fear. Not necessarily traditional sexual humiliation, but anything that causes anxiety. I love when everything is shown from the girl's point of view, her thought process and the way she catastrophizes, etc. It's even better when they feel angry at the unfairness of the situation. I like that much better than mere descriptions of physical events and actions in stories.

    First things first: What I'm calling "GUROchan Chat 2", for lack of a more creative name, is my own personal project, not something sponsored by this website. My only mildly official status on this website is that I have been granted just enough admin power to mop up spam posts now and again. Beyond that, I'm just another user here.

    Secondly, if you're never visited the GUROchan chat room, you might want to check it out. It's not a busy (or even active) place most of the day, so I can't promise you if you drop in that there will be anyone there to chat with, but when there are others hanging out, it can be a lot of fun.

    For myself, however, (he said, trying to be diplomatic) I find the current chat room design a bit... er, primitive? Retro to an excessive degree?
